Giles Dadd Principal Agricultural Consultant, Epizym

Giles started his career as a working farm manager on a 1400 acre dairy, beef pig and arable farm in Shropshire. Since then he’s gathered over 35 years experience in agriculture production, marketing and sales. This includes 15 years at ICI where he rose from Farm Management Specialist to Area Manager for South East England.

In 1992 he set up Giles Dadd Associates and provides consultancy in agricultural production methods, farm business management, soil and crop nutrition and slurry treatment. He is currently a production or financial consultant to over 30 farms around the UK where he uses his wealth of experience to improve their businesses. In 2002 he gained SFEDI accreditation to deliver the Defra funded “Farm Business Advisory Service” to over 200 farms.

Giles has worked with Epizym since 1993, when he was involved in the setting up and monitoring the very first trials for the Epizym products. As Principal Agricultural Consultant to the firm he makes market recommendations for the UK and abroad, recruits and trains distributors and recommends, commissions and oversees product research. Latest research, now in planning stage, is to evaluate the increase in plant yields from treatment of slurry with Epizym. This is to be in conjunction with a local agricultural college.
